Tools:
- knowledge of unpacking/repacking boot.img.
- Rom of same android version with non-emulated storage.
Process:
1) First of all copy these files from rom with non-emulated storage.
- system/ bin/ vold
- boot.img/ ramdisk/ fstab.mt6xxx
2) Replace these files from your emulated rom with ones which we took from non-emulated one.
3)Now, Open build.prop of emulated rom which we are fixing and add these lines at the bottom of build.prop
#SD AS DEFAULT
vold.debug.default_primary=1
ro.vold.primary_physical=1
ctl.restart=vold

Hi. This is working fine on my device. But when I connect the phone to the computer via MTP, the computer displays the SD card and the internal card with the same name: sdcard0. And when I open either, I see the folders are duplicated. How can I solve that?
